What can I order?

Every portrait starts as a digital file. You can order the digital file on its own, or choose a canvas print size that includes the finished digital artwork.

How does timing work?

If timing matters, you can add a requested date when ordering. We do our best to accommodate requested dates where possible. The shortest artwork lead time is 2 working days with a 12pm cut-off. Printed orders cannot be requested on a 2-day turnaround and should allow at least 5 working days before print production and courier timings are taken into account.

What makes a good reference photo?

Clear light, visible eyes, and an expression that feels natural to your pet are ideal. You can upload multiple images if different photos show different details well.

Can I request changes before the portrait is finalised?

Yes. Every portrait includes a proof stage so you can request small refinements before the final file is delivered.

Do you create memorial pet portraits?

Yes. Memorial portraits are welcome and handled with care, with the same focus on likeness, sensitivity, and emotional presence.

Can more than one pet appear in the same portrait?

Yes. Single-pet portraits are the clearest starting point, but multi-pet commissions can be arranged when needed.

How will I receive the finished artwork?

Every order includes the finished digital file. If you choose a canvas print, the print is made from that approved artwork and sent separately.

When do I pay?

If online checkout is enabled, you’ll move to a secure payment step after submitting your details and photos. If it is not enabled, your request is recorded first and the next step is confirmed manually.

How is print delivery handled?

Print delivery is only shown when you choose a canvas option. Printed orders also need print production and courier time, so please allow at least 5 working days from the order cut-off before those extra timings are taken into account.
